So I’ve modified my counting script a bit:

prompt> find . -name "*.rst" | xargs wc | tail -1

As such, I checked out yesterday’s code after I finished and re-ran it, so here’s yesterday’s and today’s result:

     447    1401   10396 total
     650    2370   17026 total

I’ll take it. More than word or page count, though, I’m focusing on “pomodoros.” My goal is two solid pomodoros each day—one hour a day or seven hours of writing each week. Today was the first day I went the pomodoro route for tracking time, yesterday I eyeballed it.
